The circuit board is part of the HU. You have to remove the HU and take the face off of it.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but, will this problem still occur if I installed a double din kit? TIA

I took out my HU and sent it to Clarion, they charged me 175$
so far so good, its been a year.

BTW I drive a 03AT sedan with the Blose..

damn.. this happened to me the other day... warranty has expired

i have a queston though on the recall. i looked on the website infinitihelp.com and it mentioned a recall but where do i find out if mine is recalled?

I'm in the same boat as you. Further to your question, if your on the recall list and your out of warranty, will infiniti still perform the fix sans cost?

A recall and a campaign should be performed even if the warranty has expired.

Look here for specific recalls and campaigns for each vehicle.

I know this is an old thread and there are several others like it. However, this same thing happened to me tonight. Several of you said it's a fuse. I'm hoping that's the case for me, but I'm not expecting it to be. That being said, which fuse should I be looking at?
