Nope. Sounds like your CD player has $hit the bed on you. If you are under warranty the dealer will replace it at no cost and your CD's will get mailed back to you in about 30 days.
This is a very common problem with the oem CD changer. It happened to my 03 Sedan recently. I don't want to waste any money replacing with the same refurbished unit so I'm going ahead with an after market.
