you should've got some kickback or something. After I ordered mine and posted these pix, I have referred more than 10 people on forums and locally. Props goes to you and g35mt though....thanks.
PLanning on doing the project this week or weekend when I have some time to kill. Also waiting on my Streetwires Zero Noise 3 interconnect cables....should be here tomorrow!
Steve, not doing the PAC SWI-X install. Decided not to since I didn't want to go splicing wire in my steering column and mounting IR sensor up in my maplights. I figured my deck already has a remote and my right hand is always on the stick within range of the audio controls.

<hr></blockquote>Maybe it does not matter since the double din setup replaces all of the other willow buttons as well. So there won't be anything clashing. Do the black A/C controls look bad with the willow interior? Anyone have pics of it installed?

Hmm, edit didn't work on the msg above: I just went and looked at what you meant to see if my current AC/Radio willow buttons are lighter than the black AC in the pics, and it appears they are. But as the poster above said, there will be no more willow buttons once the double din is in. I am putting two head units in. And it shouldn't look that bad as the heated seat switches below the center panel are black and it doesn't detract.

joepaniolo or anyone else that knows. What does that piece do below the AutoEcon? It is where we would install the dual climate control piece. Is it just a empty vent? Also off of the other A/C controller, how do you take the Dual Climate control off and integrate it into the new A/C controller??

Fellow G drivers,
Ok, I finally finished my v35 Double DIN deck project! I must say I'm pretty proud of myself, it looks pretty good. Everything works (ACC,DCC,deck) all WITHOUT a scratch on the aluminum paint! Woohoo.
I must say it was much harder than I had expected. I will work on a DIY guide this weekend and post it when I'm done.
Thanks to those who helped me in this project esp. tig488 and g35mt!
