Need Speaker Installation Help

Hey guys , I'm new to this forum and the car I'm driving which is a 2003 G35 Automatic Coupe. I've searched all over this forum and google for step by step on audio installation process. I recently gave my 2003 Toyota RAV4 to my sister which on their forums they had step by step process on upgrading the sound system. What I have is:

-MTX Thunder 81000D Sub AMP (I hate this ****ty amp) or Rockwood 5553 (Which one should I go with?)
-Kenwood KAC-848 2/4 channel AMP
-JL 15W3/D4 15" subwoofer
-6-1/2" MB Quart RUA-216
-Pioneer AVIC-80DVD and AVH-P6500DVD Player
-I don't have rear speakers as of right now

I already have the trunk layout all figured out with measurements, etc etc.. But, I need help getting inside of doors and rear deck area and in-dash (I hate figuring it out because I don't want to break anything). As I've seen in most threads, you CAN put 6-1/2" in the rear speakers right or just 5-1/4"?

Right now I'm concentrated on fixing a few dings and dongs with the car. I traded the car with my sister and I have to fix the front and rear bumper with need new rotors/brake pads and need to replace all four tires. Wheels are scratched to the max (going to get it $anded down to perfection), windshield is cracked and the driver door is banged up. I'm going with those amps for temporarily and will upgrade later on. But which one should I go with right now?

definitely stick with the mtx over the rockwood. Rear fill isnt a big deal if you dont have people in your back seats. Do you have stock bose set up? If you do there is a tutorial on hooking up a sub. The door speakers arent much different. The doors are easy to work with. They fit 6.5s. You just need to take out 4 screws and pop the door off. You might need spacers for the speakers. If you can wait order them from zenclosures. If you have any more specific questions ask otherwise look for the Diy.

I was just thinking of sticking with BOSE speakers in the back but wouldn't they burn after a while? I mean, wouldn't there be distortion because it's only 2 ohms. I'm trying to find how to do it yourself but don't see it! Well, the MB Quarts are shallow and I think I'll be able to put it on without a spacer (well haven't seen the door yet, hah).

well if you have the bose set up it should be relatively easy. Buy some tap splices and splice into the signal going from the hu to amp. This should be a blue plug. Search for the wiring diagram. Also I would just leave the bose amp for the rears and just use the amp to power the front components.
