The latest Ipod firmware 1.0.2 does not work properly with my alpine W200 and I would assume other alpines as well. It would start playing but it wouldn't show the playlists, artists, songs etc...then it would give Error 01.

Doing a little searching a lot of people were having probs with the latest firmware in general and rolling back to 1.0.1.

Well I rolled the firmware back and bingo...everything works again fine.

 

Is that the ipod with the 4 buttons? I have an older white 40gb with the clickwheel that works fine.

 

80 gb click wheel one...latest version that looks like a regular ipod
