Push Button Start in 2003 Coupe
first take off lower panels to gain access to the BCM and ignition wires.
i connected the relays together and wired them up out side the car for the most part to make it easier on myself.
i connected the white wire to the red wire so the button would be lit up all the time instead of just when the parking lights were on.
i connected the red wire to the constant 12 volts feed
connect orange wire to the accessory wire
connect the yellow wire and black wire from ignition cut relay to ignition wire (key side)
connect the blue wire from ignition cut relay to ignition wire (car side)
connect the purple wire to the security led wire
connect the green wire from the starter relay to the starter wire
connect the black wire to ground. i recommend using a straight chasis ground instead of using and existing ground wire. (sorry no pic)
connect the blue wire to and rpm signal. i used my existing wire from my KPTechnologies shift light. (sorry no pic)
i then plug the relays into their holders, then connected the control unit, and then plugged in the push button last.

overall the module works great!! which was a first for test units LMAO!!
install took about 1.5 hrs, but i was goin really slow and taking my time. i think i could get it down to an hour or less, now that i have already done one.
the lock light flashes with the security led, which i think is pretty cool.
i also wired the button to be lit all the time instead of just when the lights are on. this i more of a personal preference option, but i like it that way.
i wanted to mount it where the key currently goes, but that would take a lot of time. the key has a mechanical lock on it to prevent the car from being stolen. so inorder to take the curent key out and move it i would have to take that all apart. also the ignition wires would most likely have to be lengthen as well. my ideal setup for this would be to put the button where the key goes now and move the key to the cigarette lighter hole on the driver's side, which i still might do when i have more time.
