Installing Aftermarket HU w/ OEM XM

Im planning to get an aftermarket HU.. Is it possible to keep the OEM XM?
I have the BOSE system, can I hook up the HU to the stock Bose amp with the correct harness? Part numbers will be greatly appreciated.

OEM XM or Sirius won't work with an aftermarket HU.

You can connect an aftermarket HU to the Bose amp (but the Bose amp is the weak link of the system). It will depend on your HU as to how you connect it.

Search some posts and you'll see the options.
