Avic-d3
FYI: Al & Eds Autosound has it for $530 shipped! They are an authorized dealer unlike the one above so you get the full manufacturers warranty. No need for a mail in rebate, they deduct it instantly.

I had one in my 03 Sedan before I traded it in for a G37S coupe. The AVIC-D3 is an awesome unit. A ton of features for the money. The Nav is really easy to use, and the iPod interface is flawless. Built in EQ, and Sub Crossover, you really can't go wrong with this unit. I think the only complaint most people had was the fact that it was a single disc unit, so if you wanted to listen to a cd and use your nav, you had to program the nav for your destination, eject the disc and insert your music CD. I never had a problem, since all I used was the iPod interface through my unit.
A local shop I went to said the new models are coming out soon, thats why pioneer is running the $200 dollar rebate.

^ I've heard a lot of complaints over the single disc issue but like you, I haven't played a CD in my HU in over 3 yrs. I use the radio and the Ipod so I'm pretty happy the D-3's are going for $500.
