I want that dash I guess but I was wondering if I still had to buy the a/c controller part because I have the regular infiniti system with out the Bose. so is it still nessecasy?

Ditto....you need the AC controller.
UNLESS...........you want the holes in your new dash for the AC control empty and you can tolerate your AC blowing 75 degree air ALL the time. Then, no, you don't need the AC controller.
You could, though, put one of those 6" clip-on fans that plug into a cigarette lighter on your dash. j/k
