I just got my DD installed. I went with the dnx 7100. For the people that have, I have a quick question. I have the ipod/usb cable connected and I have pictures on the thumbdrive that I'd like to be my backgrounds. For some reason, when I got into the "change background" option in the headunit, the "DEFAULT" button is black but everything else is gray and not clickable. I can't browse thru pics or save anything as my bg pic. Does anyone know what the problem is?

you have to use the mini usb cable thats attatched to the back of the unit.

 

i dunno if you figured out the issue, but for me, my ipod is using one of the usb cables i believe. so i cant change the background. unless i manually unhook the cable from behind my deck and grab the usb cable. which im not doing.

can anybody help me with the sound settings? specifically like, what do you guys have yours set as. mine doesnt seem as loud as the old stock one.
