Keyless Remote on Ebay

Is this a good deal? I have thought about getting a spare keyless remote in case of loss or if ones happens to die on me. Check it out at:

Sounds good if it works. It very well may be that simple to program the remotes. Of course, the dealer probably won't admit it. I think they charge a ridiculous amount of labor to program a new remote or key. Plus, the guy doing the selling has a decent rating. That's the thing I always look at on eBay -- never buy anything expensive from someone without a lot of good feedback.

its easy to reprogram the new remote.
5 minutes is to long, its more like 30 seconds.

I have a GM remote for my old 2000 Sunfire. I want to reprogram it for my dad's Oldsmobile Silhouette minivan. The remote is exactly the same except the trunk release button is a power sliding door button on my dad's remote. Lemme know if you can help me out envykillz. Thanks in advance. PM me if necessary.
