Window roll and aftermarket alarm

Hi guys, I purchased and installed a Python 990 Alarm System, but I noticed that my auto window rolls doesn't work. The place where I installed it said I needed some kind of chip/add on thing? Do any of you guys know what he's talking about, and where I can get one?

How does an alarm install affect your windows?

Well the alarm comes with one of those 2 way key fobs, so holding the unlock button doesn't really work with the window roll anymore =[

Most alarms need external relays to do things like roll up/down the windows and pop the trunk. The alarm does not integrate into the factory alarm system and uses a different remote.
