The price on the navi is good, but the mount IMO is worthless for g35 owners. Most end up doing custom cubby mounts

You'd be surprised how many of us use them Jordan (Canadian) just posted some pics of his own setup with this Nuvi. The mounts are pretty cool because they use a ball-and-socket & cradle system, basically allowing you to swap out all sorts of electronics and mounting options (U-bolts, suction cups, magnets, etc.). Canadian is our resident RAM mount expert- I'm sure he's happy to elaborate.

You guys let me know if there are any GPS systems or mounts you want to look at and I'm happy to help.

Trust me, the mounts are not worthless in the G. Some people may mount in the cubby, because they don't know that these type of mounts even exist. There are a few options for a GPS including suction, and a seat base mount such as this one:

I use a camera mount for recording my autocrossing and track days using this:

Would there be any interest in t-shirts? I can most likely get some if anyone wants any.

bump for GPScity, I've used them for years..

I have a custom cubby mount.. but it's using RAM components. RAM can be a bit more cumbersome than other mounts, however RAM mounts are not toys. It's quality stuff.

Great deal, good job putting that together.

Not to be a bother, but do you think you could put together a DIY for the cubby mount? I've already got the nuvi 650 and I've been meaning to mount it in the cubby, but don't know how.

        Thanks!

It had an early expiration set-- I've edited the code and we're good to go
