Hey, Im going to add a jl 10w6v2 and a 500/1 amp and was wondering what everyone thought of these two. I know there are threads about zenclosures not having enough airspace for 2 w6s but now he makes one to fit just one. Is there any differences with the amount of bass you will get and where you place it in the trunk? I must say the zenclosure box shows off the w6 alot better and is definitely more impressive!!

 

I went 4080 because I needed trunk space and didn't want to lose the ability to put my rear seat down.

 

i have the zenclosure box and love it. I dont ever have a need to fold my seat down so that wasn't an issue. It was also inexpensive and fits great.

 

I have a single 10 zenclosure box as temp setup for this summer and I must say it sounds really good. Im getting very clean bass off my w6 and its a good amount too.

+1 with the single zenclosures box. Looks good and produces good bass.

 

I think the zenclosure box is way nice!! It makes everything all flush which is what i like the most. The other box does the same, but just doesn't look as good to me. Just my two pennies! Also, they both produce the same bass/sound quality IMO.

 

Sorry to post on such an old thread - but for the people who got the single 10 inch zenclosure box, were you still able to access your spare tire? The shop I was talking to said they'd cut the floor to make it flush with the enclosure.
