well i work at circuit city so i decided to check out the bypasses available for the remote start and there is another bypass so going into the doors is not needed,


bypass DEI XK07 is for the remote start- easy to use i even did it on a Manual

Bypass DEI XK02 is a firmware bypass for the trunk release, door locks, and others.

These bypasses cost about 50 bucks a peice off of ebay and will definately save you a key when installing a remote start and so going into the doors is not needed.

 

So you need a bypass for the locks and trunk release as well? Any chance you can get an updated schematic of the installation for a '04.5 sedan? Also can you get a copy of the install manual for the viper 5900/clifford matrix 50.5x? I am having a hard time getting my hands on either.

 

also what is the real difference between the cliffords and viper. I mean they seem to be exactly the same with the exception of the avantgurad systems.
