Has anyone disconnected their antenna for iPod/Sirius installation?
Don't want to spend the 200 or more on an iPod install.
I have a Sirius One receiver that comes through loud and clear over FM.
What I am noticing is that the antenna in my 2003 G35 (no Sat radio) is SUPER SENSITIVE! I live in D.C. and can easily get stations from southern Virginia.
Not a problem with Sirius, but I am using a Belkin FM transmitter for my iPod and was thinking of just disconnecting the antenna to let the Belkin be able to broadcast without interference?
Where is the antenna located? In the back of the radio or is there a fuse I can just disconnect?
Thanks for any help/feedback!
