IPOD interface cable doesn't fit car harness plug
IPOD interface cable doesn't fit car harness plug
purchased a new USA Spec IPOD interface (model PA11-NIS) from a member here. When I came to install it, the plug from the car harness won't fit into the harness from the adapter (pins on the adapter are wide and thin and the holes on the harness are not as wide).
I can't find the original post, but this was supposed to be for an o3/04 but now am not sure. Does anyone know if the newer model cars have a different harness?

i could be wrong but from all the threads that I have read, the factory nissan ipod adapter goes in the trunk but the PAC one that you have goes behind the HU. that is the main reason I bought the nissan one because I didn't want to deal with the HU until I replace it. With that said, the nissan adapter isn't the greatest. especially on the 03-04s.
