Does $150 sound reasonable?

Does $150 sound reasonable for an install for subs, amp and wiring? Thats what my local audio shop said they could do it for. Thanks in advance guys.

do it yourself. way cheaper. if you're uncomfortable doing it, i'm SURE you know someone who'll do it for the price of a sixpack.

That's not cheap, but it's not too much if they do a good job. Talk them down to $100, they'll do it unless it's a big company with set prices.

Well I do know a friend that did all his car audio and is very. He says he would not trust himself workin on an Infinity and keeping the stock HU. He says it would be to hard. Any advice on how to get him to do it?

Have him read the 100 or so threads and the sticky about adding a sub to the Bose system. You may need to show that to your installer at the shop too, if you use them. Not all installers know that the best way to tap into the signal is before the Bose amp. A lot do it the easy way and tap into the signal at the 6x9s.

If you don't have the Bose system, it's easy to tap into the signal at the rear side panel speakers and use an LOC.
