I did'nt even notice that they spelled it wrong..focal sounds great really great.thanks,yeah it cost a little bit, bought the front setup for $1200 but I love the way they sound so it's worth it..

Yeah, I had a buddy that could get Focals at dealer price, he did a Ferrari 355 with some 2-way utopias... I wanted to do the 3-way setup, I'm a big fan of dedicated midbasses.
Never heard them but they are evidently pretty sick.
His favorite set (more so than the Utopias) were DLS Iridium 2-way 6.5"... presumably the 3-ways were better, but he hadn't had a chance to jam on any.
He almost didn't want to tune them because they sounded so good with the EQ flat and the crossovers as they were.
Maybe some day if I hit bank on stock options or a bonus comes through or something I'll pick up a set and tell you all about it, lol
