anyone know a good shop for amp repair?
my 6 channel memphis audio amp is having some issues. I believe that the channels for the subs have gone bad. Anyone know a shop in the San Fernando Valley that does repairs?

I have 3 like-new Kicker amps (2 mono and 1 4 channel) for sale that would probably be less than fixing yours. All 3 amps for $300. cheak my thread for the details and PM me if interested...located in Socal too

As for the kicker amps....the amp is set up in a custom enclosure, therefore i cannot just put any amp in it's place. To get an idea what size amp i need, heres a pic of the set up below:
What Focal's are you running? And what's the thing in the middle?
As for a local place, I would highly recommend Zed Audio, however I think they have special operating hours, Monday through Thursday.

Other than that, if you were to ship, I've had experience with CIA Engineering. I believe they are in Ohio. They fixed one of my previous amps, however, it did take a while, but it was because some of the parts they had to order. I was out of an amp for about a month and a half or two. There are a couple other places, one in particular that I would say is good, but I can't think of it at the moment. Nonetheless, I'd probably choose Zed anyway since they are local, they are well knowledgeable and I believe their pricing is supposed to be quite fair.

Ah, thought it was a port at first but then that would be impossible since those subs are in sealed enclosures. Nice setup though

Ah, nice. I used to have a trio of 27a's. v2's look much nicer. Those buggers can handle quite a bit of power, I had about 650w or so going to each of them (had em on an RF T30001bd). I was VERY surprised that they would handle 3 times their RMS. Good luck with Zed!
