New amp (dumping Bose amp). Any Navi implications?

New amp (dumping Bose amp). Any Navi implications?
I'm planning on keeping the Bose HU but running an aftermarket amp to push new speakers. (The Bose amp will be completely disconnected from the system.)

Do I need to worry about any implications this may have with the Navigation?

I'm hoping the Nav connects to the Bose HU and replacing the Bose amp will not have any affect on Navi function, specifically the voice coming through speakers.

If you have a first gen g35, it will have no effect. the navi interfaces to the amp completely through the HU.

Good to hear. And yes, it is a 1st gen, 03.5 sedan.
