My driver side switch is also acting up except it also causes the seat to move a inch or so on its own! Its like the chair is possessed.

I have a pair of power seat switches from a 2003 G35 Coupe that I think I am gonna be selling. If anyone is interested, PM me. Both switches work.

Hey guys I just fixed mine this weekend.I had a problem with my passanger side. It was stuck all the way upfront could not get it go back. Just let you know it's hell trying to unscrew the two front screws, since they are under neath the seat. Once you have the seat unsrewed take of the plastic part around the front. It's heald by two screws upfront. Now you will see the motor.
To take of the switch you will have to unplug the seat and take it out of the car have a blanket ready to set it on. On the switch side you will have to puncher two holes into the thin plastic were the screws are. Unscrew the two screws and the switch will saparate from the seat. The plastic around the switch will come off and just the black switch is left. Flip it over on the back of the switch it's heald by four sides pry each side gently and it will pop out now you will see the two small switches one for forward and one for backwards see if they are not rusted spray a little wd40 on it. Take the seat back to the car set it inside on it's side connect the white connection and try to move the seat switches. That's were my problem was it was rusted some one spilled somthing

I can move my seat back and forth but ones I put it back together it gets stuck so just left it without that grey switch and just use the two smaller white switches untill I have some time to tweek it. At least ppl can sit upfront now. Now if it's not the switch then its the motor. To unscrew the motor it has three screws ones you open it and see the coil inside see if the carbon brushes are good. It's tricky you would have to have some one who knows to look at it. Good fixing
PS sorry for the misspells using my iPod.
Hope it helps .
