Intelligent Key Upgrade/HICAS?

Intelligent Key Upgrade/HICAS?
Could an intelligent key system be installed in a 2006 G35 that has nearly every option except for the smart key itself? Also could I get it with the push button start like in the G37? I have my eye on this G35 and it is really nice but it doesn't have the intelligent key. Also I'm not sure if it has HICAS or not, but is this a very desirable option if so, why? If not, why? Thanks.

Is it a MT or AT? And what is HICAS

6-MT, and HICAS is the 4 wheel steer option, that could actually be what they called it on the 300zx though.

no, RAS (Rear Active Steer) is the G35's all-wheel steering system

VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) is the traction/stability system

go with an aftermarket remote starter and bluetooth unlock dealywhopper. they are much more reliable and work from miles away lol.
