Putting Stock Navigation In

Is it possible to put the stock navigation that comes with the G35 into a car that did not come with that navigation? I have seen them for sale but am unsure if it is possible for my car. It is a 2004 couple with the Bose stereo system. Any help would be appreciated.

always possible but not worth it to me.

its alot of new parts to buy and alot of stuff to install

you can buy an aftermarket in dash nav that will have better features and cost alot less

don't waste your time & money on the stock navi, your best bet will be aftermarket.
