I'd like to buy a Valentine One radar detector. Too tired of always being on edge on the highway.

I've read something about a hardwiring kit that taps into the rearview mirror wiring, and has the detector mounted under/near the rearview mirror. I've done some forum searching but haven't found anything conclusive. Something about a "Mike's mount". I won't get the detector unless I can have it hardwired and mounted somewhere out of the way.

Any experience? Where can I buy the mount/hardwire kit?

 

I know there is stuff like that for the Passports and other bel devices not sure on the V1

the x50 I have has saved me a few times allready and ive only had it for 3 days, not to dump on the V1,just letting you know =)

 

Yeah man, it's easy. Get the Valentine V1, an Invisi Cord and Mike's mount. Just do a search and you'll find plenty of threads covering all this.
