Gauges out of wack

Well today I decided to be a little adventurous and change the gauge cluster lights out to match the rest of the blue lights in the car. Everything is set with the blue (had to order different lights) but now the gauges are all off. Gas and tach seem to stick and speedo and temp are just off. I tried everything I could think of to get them all to move fluidly like before and be somewhat accurate. I'm out of ideas at this point, any ideas would be great help. Thanks!

you killed something. they're all calibrated to be a certain point. you should have paid more attention to where the needles sat, marked it somehow and been more careful removing them if you had to.

I found out the issue is when taking them out, when the rod came out the gauges that they were then ruined. The ones where the rod didn't come out (speedo and temp) work fine for the most part. Tach is a little jumpy and the gas is sticky. I can live with that for now until I can replace them. All cuz I wanted blue lights...haha
