installed ipod integration, battery dead, please help

what interface did you use? was there a constant (+12V) accessory/ignition and ground wire to connect? if there was only a constant and a ground. try connecting the constant to an accessory. that way there will not be a constant drain on the battery. only foreseeable issue is that you can't charge your ipod when the car's off.

i too would like to know what the extra wires are for.... although i think one is for the unit that makes it so you can control the ipod through the steering wheel controls... but i dont know about the other one
