looks to be the original battery from 2005. everything was hooked up right and worked perfectly. i drove home and chilled for an hour or so. i did leave my ipod on in the car but the car was off. i try to start and its dead, i jump it and it starts right up, i drive around again, come home, park, turn it off and try to restart and its dead again. usuall for the ipod thing to drain battery or do ya'll think the battery is just dead?

 

yup original battery, hope it was coincidence that it died same day i did the ipod thing. went to walmart, got a new battery and its fine, hope it doesnt drain overnight. im dropping it off at the dealership fri to have it looked at while im out of town. new car blues

 

oh and as far as the instal, its pretty retarded how many things you have to take off to get to the radio but i ran the ipod cable all the way under the concel and its coming out that little plate under the lid hinges.

 

i used the PAC AAI-NIS2. there was no ground or anything. just plugged it in and it was done. there were those two extra wires but werent those for an amp and another unit of needed

 

i know it was installed correct. im not running a charger and everything worked perfect when i was done. hoping battery was just a pos
