Check fuses 6,12, 19. They are 10A fuses.

Could be a number of things, mine was the radio/cd player because gay infiniti thought it would be a grat idea to conect the radio with the ac controls?? It started when my cd player was not working then about 6 months later my whole ac panel and bottons would go blank and get stuck on one temp and then it would not do anything. finally after research i found out that it was my cd player? once i put the new cd player in it was fixed!!

I had the same problem. Dont go to the dealership they will rip you off. They charge anywhere from 300 to 1000 to fix. They will also try to sell you a new control board for 117.00 but usually this is not the problem. Everything runs through the stereo. I pulled my whole unit myself and took it to a stereo repair shop(same one all the dealerships in dfw used) and by cutting out the dealership it was fixed for 175.00.

I suggest reasearching on google. not much info on this site. HOWEVER? YOU WILL FIND THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM WITH G35s to the point that there should be a recall but NISSAN/INFINITI WILL NOT OWN UP.

good luck

Just bought a 04 G35c on Friday, test drove it the previous Saturday and the controls worked, drove it and realized 15minutes into the drive the controls didn't work. The guys at the dealership I bought it from couldn't figure out the problem, so there sending it to an Infiniti dealership. If they find out a resolution I'll post back here hopefully it will help you out.
