Where is the nav antenna?

i have an 04 G35 coupe that was in an accident bags went off and the dash needed to be replaced. In the process i believe either the antenna form my nav unit was disconnected or the actual antenna is broken. Where is it in the car? hard to replace? and where does it connect up?

Pics would be amazing

Thanks

There's a bracket that holds it in place behind the clock/AC display on the '05-'06. I'd venture the '04 is in a similar location. There's only one connector and it's on the back of the dvd drive unit so you probably have to remove the glove box side and check it from there.

It is behind the clock on the 03 - 04 Gs too. Pull the plastic trim off from around the clock to get to it and then remove the clock.

here ya go...i took this from bythabay...he's a genius

and from autotalk...

Remove Infiniti clock trim piece. First work your fingers under the top of the trim piece and start pulling directly to the rear of the vehicle. The first time you remove this piece, you have to pull with GREAT FORCE! Once you disengage the top clips, the 2 bottom clips will be easier to disengage. A possibly easier way to remove this piece is to grab the trim piece as I showed in the picture. You can pinch and pull the top part of the trim piece towards the rear of the car enough to get your fingers into the top crease to assist in the disengaging of the top clips.
