Replacing non bose head unit with bose head unit?

Im replacing my non bose head unit with a bose head unit from a member here..My Cd player took a crap on me, and dont know what else to do but to replace the unit.

Will everything match up?..plug and play?

I know the bose unit had a amp..with this be a problem for me?..

your input will be greatly appreciated

I highly doubt that will just be a plug and play thing. The bose radio does not have an internal amp in it. I am willing to bet you will need to get the bose amp and speakers too.

The plugs will plug into the back of the radio, but no sound will come out unless you install an aftermarket amp and reqire your speakers to that amp. The Bose cars have a different harness than the non-Bose cars.

you know what..thats actually perfectly fine.. i just bought door speakers for my car recently, and a 4 channel amp..so this would work in my favor..so there is a line out of the head unit for the amp im guessing?..like rca outs?
