i got the JDM one through Infiniti. the HVAC is fine, its just the navi controls. my stock finisher is a little shorter, and the navi plate screwed onto the back. the new finisher has like a top edge, and is too tall. if theres not one that fits, my option looks like breaking out the dremel

strange... maybe you didn't screw the navi into the right spot, or you screwed the bracket into the wrong spot. I know sometimes there's 2 holes one to hold the bracket into spot and one to screw into - if that's the case shift it up a bit. I know my Navi is tight now. sometimes I have to give it a lil pull to bring it up... but if it's that it's too tight there's a could screws you have to loosen up. I can't remember which ones off the top of my head. Sorry

the navi wount fit to the holes on the finisher. when you line the holes on the 2 finishers up, the DD one is about 1/4 of an inch taller than the stock. the screws are then 1/4 of an inch too high, and if you screw the navi controller to the console frame and try to put the DD on, theres that overlap.
