wow big system to be doing by yourself without some pro guidance and without the clue to start it...
well I'll help ya out with some materials you MAY need
3/4" MDF - depending on how you plan on setting this up you may need anywhere from a half sheet (4x4) to a full sheet (8x4)
Fibreglass resin
likely 1/2" chop matt - strong but still easy to work with
If you're trying to make a molded or formed enclosure for the subs or amps you'll want some polar fleece.
Paint/carpet/fabric
Bondo - if you're painting your enclosure or trying to make it show worthy - to smooth out the imperfections.
Since I dunno what you have pictured in your head that's as far as I can go to help you.

haha well what you're looking at doing isn't going to easy. especially if you have a coupe.
what I'd probably do is still put the amp in the spare tire well (especially if you have AAA or CAA) cut out a window to display the amp (but less than the size of the amp) notch the top edge with a rectangular router bit and get a piece of plexi or lexan to protect the amp.
then the subs....
first off I'd probably cut the top and bottom to shape you want (and will fit). then take a piece of 1/8" board (can be anything really). and have that as your front face (so that it curves around your amp evenly) then build boxes that will suit the sub and fit in the allotted area. But you can build the boxes more like a skeleton without the top and bottom b/c you and pretty much slide it into the design.
If you want to be able to remove it you can make it 2 pieces by cutting it in half.
I'll try to draw something out, and scan it to give you a better idea of what I mean.

no worries man
just take a piece of cardboard (fairly large piece) and take an exacto knife and cut a template. so that it fits snug in the spare tire well, then use a piece of mdf and you're good to go as long as it's a tight fit. once I find my camera I'll take a picture of my setup for ya.
got a ton of car goodies, got no home goodies haha

without using anything besides lo profile subs, your false floor is going to be SOOO high. i'm using some Illusion neo subs at only 3" deep and the floor is still about 1" higher than the normal trunk when you fold the rear seat down. And thats with only ~ 1.5 cubes of airspace. You have to take into account the grill thickness as well in the overall floor height so you dont have to worry about crushing the cones.
good luck. measure twice, cut once
