Got my ipod harness installed at cartoys for 300. Very good mod.. Ran the wire into the cupholder. Also, get the frequency dampner so that the high frequency of your engine doesn't feedback into your music (can hear it in your speakers.. VERY annoying if you don't get it)

actually some gs come prewired and so when you the ipod connector you can actually connect it into the prewired cables, instead of having to open the center console

dang $300!? I wouldve installed it for you for $300 and brought you a 6-pack to drink while I did it lol. The install is pretty easy to do if you feel comfortable taking apart your center console, but it is definitely a good add-on if you plan on keeping your stock hu.

Read through here https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...ect-pxamg.html to get more info on the various ipod connector options. If you are from norcal and need some help, let me know.

read through the thread I linked and decide on a connector. Not all of them are available from the same places and there are at least 6 different connectors. You gotta do some research yourself. Go google it, look on ebay, go to your local audio store.
