i have the DDkit
pioneer AVH4100dvd
and i bought the iphone/ipod connection.

everything is working. got it mounted sound and all.

but wont play video. wont gimme an error messge either.

just wont play video,
plays the sound though.

and it cant be the iphone, because it does the same when i play a DVD plays sound and no video??

why! what do i do?

 

if you just grounded out the parking brake wire. it doesn't work
it needs to see a pulse. like ebrake - no ebrake - ebrake

 

Not saying your wrong, but I don't think that's the problem, I wired a good ground over to a switch and then to my green harness grounding wire.

And I send the pulse once the car is on.
And it tells me to press ok and so on.
But yet no video, just sound
