advice from thoes with Aftermarket HU

I just bought a KVT-911 for my wifes car i installed one in my truck and love it it was plug and play i bought a plug in harrnes and it was easy....

Will it be as easy in the g or do i need out side help i just ordered the double din kit ....
what harness are you guys using can i buy it at a local stero shop??...
whats needed to get clear FM/AM ??....
Any help guy and if any one in the miami area want to help ill buy the beer and pop in a little girls gone wild after the install is done!!!

1) Its easy if you know how to plug wires together, read the DIY/FAQ and see if you can do what it says (its not that tough)
2) You will need 2 harnesses and 1 antenna adapter. The harnesses are Scosche NN03 (2 come in 1 package) and the Antenna adapter is the standard Nissan antenna Y-adapter (1996+) forgot the model #
3) To get clear radio reception you will need to connect the Power antenna wire from your headunit into the harness or the car's green/white wire #5.

hey ramborami,
could you be a little more specific on the power ant hookup to my aftermarket unit.
i got the eclipse avn unit and now my fm reception sucks.
any suggestions
or could you point me in the right direction.
i searched the forums and some hyper-linked threads did not work on this site.
thanks in advance for your help.
