installing the double din in the coupe

installing the double din in the coupe

has anyone experienced the double din not fitting the coupe with the factory navi....my installer informed me that it was about 1/8 of an inch off....if so how did you resolve the issus?????

your installer may need to drill new holes in the brackets.
what year is the G? coupe? sedan? auto? manual

it's a 05 coupe with navi

jdm kit? metra? it takes patience to make it fit properly

it was the kit directly from japan made for the car nis what i was told...i think he filed it down to make it fit....i've not seen it yet but he says "it looks factory" we'll see....

I've found there is a small gap on the sides. that's about it though.

Re-drilling the OEM bracket was the most annoying part of the install for me...

no wait... getting the DDin to fit all the way back and trying to keep wires out of the way for clearance was THE most annoying part of the install for me..
