Upgrading Speakers ?

I am looking to upgrade my front door and rear seat speakers. I am also planning on powering them with my aftermarket Pioneer HU. Will I have to rerun speaker wire to the HU since the BOSE amp is in the trunk, or no?

Just replace the amp at the same time, the Bose amp is weak.

Well I'm planning on using the Pioneer HU amp. I don't want to buy a 4 ch. amp if I don't have to. Are the stock speaker wires only running to the BOSE amp?
