Question Is this a good price for JL subs?

I was wondering is this a good price for Brand new (not refurbished) JL Audio Subs? From a local Authorized Dealer.

Picked up (not shipped)

JL Audio 10W3v3-4 $180.00
JL Audio 10W6v2 $289.00
JL Audio 10w7 $450.00

Are these being purchased from an Authorized Dealer? I'd rather pay a little extra from them and be able to return them for any problems. I've had my rubber surround crack 3 times and it was either repaired or I was given a whole new subwoofer all for free.

PDX 1.600 would be a good match for the W6. I have an Focal 1.800 on my W6 gain is set under half, xover at 75-80 hz deck gain set at 0 and it's still too much for the W6. Keep that in mind when setting up the W6. The foam surround is **** for SPL but good for SQ - lower volumes it sounds great, turn it up, it over excurds, but if I change the settings on amp/deck SQ is gone.

the w6 does not slam like a w7...with the same amount of power the 2w3s will def give you more bass, but it wont be as articulate as the w6. if you want sq and spl you could try one of the H.O boxes..its ported so you get more volume but you dont really sacrifice sq

i LOVE my 10 inch W7 in my g coupe. It is powered by a 500/1 jl audio amp.

amp new = 200
sub in ported box used = 300
4g wires and such= 130
install = myself

under 1g for a nice system, not authorized, but half the price. :P <3 craigslist
