just got my pa15 in the mail. open the package. no installation manual, only 2 sheets of paper to show you how to operate on dash/wheel control. one of the worst package you can spend $140 with. no luck with on-line manual, they are all for pa11.
pa15 has 4 dip switches, pa11 has only 2. there are 2 harness come with cas-nis10 and cas-nis20. which one I should use for my G35 2003.5 with SAT button?? on-line manual says use cas-nis. @#!$?? what is CAS-NISext?? extension cord?? I want to enable AUX input as well, how should I do with these 4 dips?? and yet, what the hell is Folder Mode they mentioned on the papers, that is the first time I see this 'mode' other than new Hybrid Node, Playlist and Direct Mode.

Got my PA15-NIS today. Works great on '04 Bose w/o Sat. Both Folder+Direct and Playlist+Direct modes. However, both have cons.
In neither mode, is the default "Direct Control" - you have to manually switch to the correct Playlist. In Folder+Direct mode, the steering-wheel control doesn't skip to next song. Does something else and you gotta hold it for 2+ sec. Track info [names] seem to kinda work but it's really pathetic. Only got it to show first part of Artist name and you have to hit a bunch of buttons to do that - so kind of useless, for me anyway.
I opted to use Playlist+Direct Mode. Steering wheel control works great, sound quality is very impressive and my disconnect issue is gone from PA11-NIS.
You do actually need to read the instructions to set the jumpers properly [depends on the mode you like]. The part about setting up Folder mode sounds pretty crazy - none of the buttons they describe are on my car [names must be different making it impossible if you did want to set it up].
Dash was a pain in the a$$ to disassemble, I hope I don't have to do it again. You know why Infinity did that though - to make it more theft protected. By the way, if you just have an old iPod, you can mount this in your trunk and leave the iPod there w/o taking apart the dash.
Overall, I'm quite happy BUT I can not do anything about the darn humming sound. It's caused by the wires not being grounded well enough I presume. With stereo turned off [but key in ignition] and even with USA Spec unit disconnected - just wires properly connected to the HU, I get this very quiet [but still noticeable] hiss from all speakers. Very annoying. PA11-NIS which I tried also had that.
Will call USA Spec guys tomorrow, I read some people had luck with noise filters. I hope I don't have to live with this hiss..

I did mine yesterday after getting the preliminary installation manual form usa spec. my car is 2003.5 with SAT button where I use for Ipod.
dip switch set 2,4 off. I was going to put adaptor behind radio, but pia to put the dash back, so I end up using extension cord and put it in center console right next to gear shifter and wire the ipod cable through a hole in NAV empty box. Have not learned how to operate those buttons yet.
Honestly, I can't tell much of sound difference among using cassette adaptor , pa15 rca input and ipod interface in my g35 bose, except now I can control it from radio/wheel buttons and charge it.
