CD error F3 message on '03 G35

Not sure if this is right forum as I'm new to this site.

Is anyone familiar with this error message? CD's wont play. I can eject them and insert but eventually no music and then error message.

It sounds like there are a lot of issues with this BOSE 6 disc player from what I've heard. I had a new one installed under warranty two years ago and now I'm screwed again I think.

Thanks,
Jebjr

My CD Player just went out. Err message and CDs would not play or eject. Had it replaced under extended warranty. Dealer is not allowed to crack open and get CDs out. Has to send back to radio manufacturer and then they will mail CDs back to the dealership.
