If you want it done on the side, it will take a couple days. what you're looking to get done will likely take at least 6 hours.
Deck alone normally takes ~1.5-2 hours to do properly and quickly.
Running the wires in the G coupe will take ~ 45-hour depending what gauge you're running - thicker will take longer.
Door speakers if everything pops in perfectly and you reuse the factory wiring ~2 hours.
Rear speakers ~1-1.5 hours if he knows what he's doing.
Tuning the system - if he knows what he's doing will take a half hour.
And then the Start/Alarm will take MINIMUM 3 hours because chances are you're looking to have all the fun options. If you look in recent posts about the vipers it's taken installers 6 hours just for the alarm/starter. So keep that in mind bro. and you better be gone while he's doing it. Most installers HATE having people there while they install.

I did some side jobs at my house/work for a couple guys on here. I had the one guy just drop off his car to me for most of the day. Honestly, if he was there it would have taken me forever to do his car. But I'm also a very careful, methodical person when it comes to installing. Add a person to talk to in there and it kills my production. I'm just giving you an installer's perspective. You should find someone that you feel you can trust with the car. If you don't trust them to work on the car, don't let them work on it. Or if you're scared they'll steal the car or joy ride it, take the keys. Roll the windows down so that if they hit the lock button while installing the system. But that depends where your priorities lie. Starter/Alarm or stereo. If you get your alarm done first you can just take the keys roll the windows down and come back later when he's ready to test it. I'd get your starter/alarm done in shop so that there's warranty on the install.
