Help!! front speaker and tweeter install

I have been searching for the past few days and have found numerous threads on this topic but none have answered my question of how to wire the crossover properly using the factory bose wires and amp, I have never done anything with car audio by myself but have conquered much more difficult DIYs. The speakers are alpine spr components, my question is should I use the wire that originally ran to the door woofer into the crossover as the amp supply and run new wires from the crossover to the new tweeter and woofer? I apologize if this has been covered already any input would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a separate wire run to the tweeter on a stock 03. I have the FSMs for 05 and up but not below? If the same as the 05 then I would say you sound like you are on the right track, the factory speakers up front appear to be full range not woofers. There are no crossovers indicated on the FSM but that doesn't mean they don't exist on the speakers and simply are excluded from the FSM.

If this was on a newer model with front woofers then you would not want to tap into the woofers which are driven separately and also equalized. In that case you connect to the squawkers.

Sort of curious if any one knows the answer, what is the wire gauge going to the speakers on various Infiniti models? I have been thinking of doing an upgrade myself but at this time don't really want to get that involved with running new wires if it ends up like my last project (stock wires inside of sealed plastic runners into the doors). If so project would have to wait for some time.

by crossover do you mean the factory crossover or an aftermarket crossover your bought?

if you bought an aftermarket id be much easier to run your own wires and leave the bose stuff alone.

are you trying to tap into the factory wires and bypass the factory amp and crossovers to install your own crossover??

I have aftermarket crossovers that came with the new woofers and tweeters I got headunit powerpack which is effectively a 4X45 amp at 4 ohms that connects through the power supply of my headunit (alpine ixa-404) and does not need any additional wiring. I am not sure if that is possible while still using the factory amp and wires. I do have two aftermarket 400 watt mono amps each running to a 10'' type r. I don't know if I could somehow tap into that power supply for the new speakers... if not then I guess I will have to add a small 4 channel amp and redo all of the wiring but I would like to avoid this if at all possible. thanks

2 choices...run new wire to the speakers from the HU and use the internal amp... the crossovers are pretty self explanatory,,, In, and out to tweets and mids

or can get a small amp (better option for better fidelity sound) and use existing speaker wire in the car, but no internal bose amp.

as for wiring up your speakers and crossovers with the internal bose amp...can't really be done. Well, i mean it can't be...but you won't get the desired results and will probably end up harming your speakers

hmm im alil confused. i have an 05 sedan and did it myself. what i found is the wires going to the woofers were full range. i ran the wires going to the bose woofer to the crossover input, then ran new wires in the door to the new woofer and tweeter. i think i have some pics if u want...
as for the rest of the stuff. i ran new wires from the headunit to an amp, and mounted the amp in the trunk. i dont exactly get what the power thingy is though..

Connect the Bose wires going to the 6.5 inch Bose speaker to the input of the Alpine crossover and then run wires from the crossovers to the Alpine tweeter and 6.5.
