Python Alarm

I recently bought a 2way alarm system for the g. It gives me relief when I park in the city. If anyone bumps into my car or taps on my windows, it would page me. No starter kit for our mt.

Re: Python Alarm

$400 installed. I think I could have gotten a better deal if I looked around but it was sort of an impulse purchase.

Re: Python Alarm

I just got the clifford matrix RSX3.5, having it installed next week.
looks like it's similar to the unit you got. How do you like the 2-way remote? does it have a lot of false alarms?

Re: Python Alarm

I don't have any problems with the remote or the unit-no false alarms. I think it is definitely better than just one way alarm systems because at least if something happens to your car, not only does it go off, but you're alerted instantly. The remote is the coolest part since lights up and vibrates or beeps (its a little bigger than the original remote tho)

Re: Python Alarm

What's the range of the alarm? To save money I park somewhat far from my work. Any idea as to the range?

Re: Python Alarm

The range is a quarter mile, but if your parking in the city its less since there is interference.
