Speaker Issue?

I have an 03 with bose system and I have a small issue. It has happened ever since I bought the car a little over a year ago. My speakers will stop putting sound out all together sometimes randomly. I have tried to find a constant connection with the occurances, but there isn't. It happens if the radio, cassette player, or CD player is on. The sound will cut out for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then come back on. It happens about every other day. I have the entire stock setup (speakers, headunit, etc.) I searched the forum but haven't found the answer. Has anyone encountered this problem? Anyone have any ideas why it does this?

Take the 7 or so button rivets from the top liner (ceiling) of trunk. These are closet to the back of the car. Once that drops down, the amp should be in the upper left.
