Not to get off-topic, But can you lock the colors on the buttons to AMBER it appears all your pics have them diff colors.

Im really starting to like some of these Pioneer decks esp if they match the interior colors..

How does it sound powering the stock speakers? Improved over stock head unit?

Yes, you can lock the colors.

The Pioneer F90BT in my wife's powers the factory non-bose speakers better than the stock head unit did.

 

Yes, you can designate whichever color you like. I have it set on random, so it scrolls through every color! You can also pick a customized color (112 to choose from). The amber color matches up perfectly to the OEM amber lights.

The sound is amazing! Definitely much better than the OEM Bose HU. Very crisp and no distortion. I should've put the Pioneer in months ago!

The only thing I'm still having a problem with is uploading a personal picture to the head unit as a wallpaper. The manual is useless! But, I'll play around with it more and try to figure it out.

The bluetooth is definitely a huge plus! I would highly recommend getting the bluetooth adapter with the head unit.

720$ after rebate... where do you see that.

the only rebate i saw was a 200$ one when you buy from an authorized pioneer dealer.. and all the authorized dealers have high prices like $1200+. The cheapest I can find it for is 879.99 without a rebate, but 720$ would be better than that~!

If you could grab a BRAND NEW P4100DVD from PIONEER in the box and everything using an employee accommodation - for 430.05 shipped - would you still:

A. Hold out for the P4200
B. Still shoot for the Z110

I don't REALLY need BT but it could be nice and Nav is absolutely unnecessary for me.

 

Hold out for the P4200 as in wait for it to come out? There are tons of places to buy it online... I intend to purchase it within the next few days.

 

What was your solution to fix problem number one? I have the z1, and I just realized my rear speakers are out. I do have bluetooth on but it is not connected to my phone (i know it's stupid, I just forgot to turn it off) I'll check tomorrow morning to see if I turn it off will fix the problem.
