i have an '03 g coupe, but i have the navi.. is there a specific installation kit i need since i do have the navi??? or can i go with the regular one

Same kit. Navi doesn't complicate anything, unless you want to keep the navi voice, and that's all electrical, having nothing to do with the face plate. There is no harness that lets you keep the navigation voice, and the only head units that support the interrupt and input that you'd need are Alpine units with an accessory hooked onto them.

The only single-din kits are Metra. I'd get a JDM with a one-size-fits-all double-to-single-din kit to keep OEM look and quality.
