Hi, for the last couple of days, the nav on 2003 G35 sedan displays a "door open" warning even though all the doors are closed properly and the "door open" indicator on the dash isn't lit up. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone has a potential solution to this issue. Thanks!

 

open your doors and see if the dome light is on. If when all the doors are closed the dome light is off then all of your pins are in good working order... if it doesn't turn off then you will have to open/close each door to find out which door pin is acting up. keep in mind the dome light stays on for a small period of time after all doors are closed regardless. If this doesn't work drop me a PM and I'll walk you through a more involved test.

 

Make sure the trunk is closed as well.
