It goes back to the preview channel until you get the service activated. Make sure they have the correct satellite receiver serial # in their system. after i cancelled my service, my headunit did the same thing.

 

I've given them the radio ID displayed, and have had the activation signal sent 5 or 6 times already. I found the sirius module in the trunk and it doesn't bode well that it has a "Remanufactured" sticker on it. The radio ID label matched the display.
