TIS T510PK 700 watt amp

Is this a good amp to run the four speakers in my car off of? On craigslist their is one for $50 remanufactured. I have seen this company around and was wondering if that's a great deal or is it not a great amp.

I've never heard of that company so I can't say whether the amp is good or not. But don't be seduced by just watts and specs and numbers. Not all watts are created equal when it comes to companies and their specs. I had two 5 x 4 watt amps (the infamous Zuki Eleets) that blew away anything that I've listened to since.

Why the rush? Aren't you doing your lights first?

For a barometer of good to great deals, you should browse the classifieds at DIYmobileaudio and caraudio.com. There's always deals to be had, so you really don't have to rush into purchasing anything.

FYI, the first system I bought well before my 'good' research was done was never installed while I heard and read more. Wound up selling everything at a loss and got what I really wanted/needed. That amp that sounds like a great deal now....can most likely be had at the same if not lower price a few weeks later
